ACADEMY
- Do you have or know a "socially-quirky, gifted kid"??? If so, we have the perfect school!!!

SOCIAL GROUPS
It's time to enroll in social groups for the 2010 Fall Semester.
- In our ten years of hosting these classes we have found that most of the students growth will come through the structured peer interactions provided during the class times. For this reason community outings are very important as they allow students to have to generalize their classroom experiences to real world settings. Two community outings are scheduled for each group this year. Click here for more information on our social understanding groups.
- You can register today! Classes start September 7, 2010... and our groups are filling up quickly this semester, so register soon!
- If we have not yet met your child or it has been more than one year since the client has attended sessions at FOCUS Initiative, please call and schedule a complementary screening with Jacquelyn Mulkey. The number to call is 281.240.0663 for Stafford or 281.492.7380 for Katy/West Houston.
- Do you or someone you know (age 17-70) struggle with success in college, living independently or getting/keeping an appropriate job??

I just wanted to let you know that the speaker at your seminar in April '08, James Williams, was absolutely phenomenal, with much sought after information on Aspergers Syndrome and Autism. This young man is a wealth of information, and his website is an excellent source of detailed information and resources. I have a sixteen year old son, who has autism, and meeting with Mr. Williams on that day in April, to me, was a gift. His demeanor, his humor, his overall attitude - all in one package. Wow! I am so glad to have met him. He is a much needed individual in the world of Autism and AS.
