As a Licensed MassageTherapist and Nutritionist, Brandie Trigger has been supporting her clients in better health for the past 9 years years through fitness classes and coaching, nutrition education services, and integrated massage therapy. After completing her B.S. in Nutrition at UT Austin, Brandie attended The Lauterstein-Conway Massage School and has continued studies in Neuromuscular Therapy, Connective tissue Massageat the Rolf Institute, Craniosacral Therapy, Geriatric and Infant Massage, Energetic Healing and Aromatherapy.
