Calendars are

them for sale at FOCUS Initiative for $10. By the way, I was selected to be in
the calendar – Miss August! This year, I am the only adult female in the
calendar. Let me know what you think of the photos when you pick up your copy

Foundation FOCUS
is the non profit division of FOCUS Initiative. Our goal at Foundation
FOCUS is to provide services to clients who cannot otherwise receive assistance
for autism spectrum disorders and learning disabilities as well as other
underlying issues often associated with ASD’s such as OCD, Turrets, depression,
co-dependency, addiction, abuse and crisis intervention. Eventually, we would
like to provide housing for our adults who are high functioning, able to drive
and work part time and who do not have criminal backgrounds. In order
to make this happen, we need land near our office so we can easily assist these
adults and for people to donate building supplies or homes/town homes. To make
a donation to Foundation FOCUS, you may contact us at 281 240 0663,
info@asdfocus.com or come by our office at 12929 South West Freeway, Ste.
190, Stafford, Texas 77477. Every penny counts to those who count on you!
AUTISM
DIET!!!
As many of you
know, I am a hard core advocate for the Autism Diet, aka the Pituitary Diet.
After more than 20 years of research and countless conversations with nutrition
and fitness professionals, this diet is perfected and proven! To review this
lifestyle plan, call me to schedule an appointment. This diet has truly changed
my life and the way I function with Autism and learning disabilities. Yes, this
diet also positively affects ADD and ADHD!
Regarding this way
of living, there are professionals I can refer you to who specialize in fitness
and nutrition for all ages and all forms of autism.
Debbie Diehl
trains all ages with or without autism. She specializes in Pilates (this has reduced
my stemming 90 %!), as well as weight training and other forms of
diet and fitness. Contact her at
debb101@sbcglobal.net.
Carlos Fowler
is former member of the Denver Broncos football team. He has more than five
fitness and nutrition certifications! Carlos specializes in the Autism Diet and
currently trains some of our clients. He works with all ages and all forms of
autism. Contact Carlos at
prophysique@mac.com.
Chuck Stephens
is a former pro wrestler who literally saved my life with diet and nutrition
plus exercise! After a critical illness last year, Chuck helped me recover and
regain my modeling physique. With several titles and certifications under his
belt, Chuck is one of the top trainers for Hawaiian Tropic, Maxim, Darque Tan,
FHM, plus local and national pageants and fitness competitions. Contact Chuck
at 713 854 1969.
Olga Holdridge
is a yoga and Pilates specialist who has worked across the world teaching these
techniques. Her career started in the Ukraine, and she is now based in
Houston. Her clients are all ages and have all types of disabilities,
including autism. She also trains professional models. Olga assists
those with eating disorders, codependency and self image issues, as well.
She is an advocate for clean living and healthy lifestyles. Contact her at
